He specializes in helping business owners address their unique challenges, such as creating competitive executive benefits packages and developing business strategies to increase employee retention and satisfaction. In addition, he works with affluent families and professionals to address all aspects of their wealth.
Grant attended Tennessee Technological University for business marketing. He is part of the Cookeville Breakfast Rotary Club for three years and presented a Cookeville Breakfast Rotary Club flag to the largest Rotary Club in Vijayawada, India in May 2023.
In 2024, Grant achieved Quality Council1 with the Knoxville General Office and was the 2024 New Organization Life and Long Term Care leader award winner.
An adventurer at heart, Grant is passionate about traveling the world. He loves to spend time in the kitchen and cook recipes he learned from his trips around the world. He is happily married to Emily Burckhard since May of 2024. They are proud to build their business in Cookeville, TN. Together they enjoy traveling in their free time and spending time in nature, and also enjoy spending time on their boat at Center Hill Lake and Dale Hollow Lake.
